Ristorante La Cialoma, Scopello $$
This place we found only by coincidence. Just opened this summer 2019.
The young crew has great ambitions, all food freshly made, small menu and a big garden just next to the restaurant, where the chef picks the veggies of the day.
We had a traditional Caponata, some Pasta alla Norma and a fresh salad from their own garden, all organic. It was simply delicious. The view is spectacular. The menu is so small that the chef can do for you all in vegan. For those who eat fish, the fish is locally sourced.
We hope the crew has a good start into the season and will stay open for more visits.
