Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho, London’s first Vietnamese street food restaurant, in Clerkenwell in June 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food. They now have around a dozen restaurants across England.
Not 100% OMS friendly but if you follow OMS you have a choice here. My favourite is the Summer rolls followed by a Phở chay. Their juices are also fabulous.
A nutritional guide can be found here.
The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions on ingredients.
