This bakery is easy to miss. It is in the old town of Constance and the first thing we saw was just a huge window with two wooden flour mills. Just around the corner is the entrance to the bakery. All breads are 100% organic. All their breads except the Brezel are dairy free and all other breads are fat free except one. Some of the flour they mill themselves in the bakery. We bought a whole rye bread with spices. It is so good. Can’t wait to try more of their breads.

They are only closed on Sunday.
